Can products be returned and get my money back? What are the steps to follow?


* If the products you received do not meet your expectations or the size is not suitable and you do not want to exchange it, we will return your money. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original order and it is important that they are unworn and properly packaged so that they reach us safely.


Exception to return

The following categories of productscannot be returned:

  • Manufactured products, made to the specifications given by the consumer (personalised clothes, trunks embroidered with the customer's name/date and text).
  • products that have been expressly tailored/tailored to the consumer's express request
  • sealed products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed/purchased by the consumer (e.g. unsealed hygiene products, clothing, intimate underwear, intimate accessories or any product for mothers/children which comes into contact with the human body in any form, feeding products, etc.)

To start the return process please enter your email address or phone number and order ID. Don't know your order number? You can find it in your account, in the order confirmation email or you can ask us for it by sending an SMS to 0720011697 with the following information: The name you used to register your order and the mention "Order ID". We will get back to you as soon as possible (M-F 10-17)


The deadline for accessing the return form is 30 days after the order has been shipped.


Select the items you wish to return from your order. You can return all or part of your order.

⭐ You can select the option to request us to courier the order for you. In this case we will contact you to arrange the day when the courier can arrive to collect the goods. The shipping cost is 12.9 lei which we will deduct from the value of the returned products.

⭐ In the return form you can opt for return in Locker Sameday (free return). Select the locker where you want to return the products and after registering your request, you will receive by email the PIN and QR code.

⭐ If you want to return the order on your own, the return will be made to the address: SC Alda Clean Service SRL, Str. Ramasagului nr 1, sector 4, Bucharest. tel. 0720011697, courier fees being paid exclusively by the sender to the courier. Parcels with payment of transport to the recipient will not be received. We do not accept returns pin Posta Romana.

⭐ Fill in the bank account to which we will make the transfer in maximum 14 working days after receipt of the return.


🦋 Please make sure that the returned products are in the original packaging, with the labels received and unworn. In the event of wear and tear on receipt of the return, we reserve the right not to refund the value of the product or to retain a percentage of its value. Returned products that do not meet the conditions for return will be posted at the reception in the warehouse and sent to the customer. What are the steps to follow if I want to exchange a product, size/model?


⭐ If you want to replace the product with another size or model, please follow the return steps mentioned above.

⭐ Once you have generated the return for the products you wish to exchange, place a new order with the desired sizes. You can choose to change the size, model and add additional products to the order.

⭐ Shipping is FREE for the new order, select "This order is with product exchange" 0 lei

⭐ New order can be paid online, cash on delivery or by bank transfer depending on your choice.

⭐ The value of the returned products for exchange orders will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the return.


NOTE: If we have sent a product that does not correspond to what you have seen in the store and we agree that it is our fault, we assume and will offer free return shipping.
